Shipping policy

Backdrop Collective are a Melbourne based company and our backdrops are produced locally. We endeavor to carry stock in all ranges, but there may be short delays from time to time for more popular products. We will notify you if there will be any delays outside of our normal processing times as listed below.

Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and fulfilled within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Please allow additional time for transit and delivery depending on your location.

From time-to-time we will take a break and any delays in shipping because of this will be communicated on the website.

Use the below as a guide to Australia-wide delivery through Australia Post:

    Standard (Ex-Stone Props)
          
               Delivery: 2 - 8 business days from fulfillment

    Express (Ex-Stone Props)
             
               Delivery: 1 - 4 business days from fulfillment

If you add Stone Props to your order, you will automatically trigger the Stone Props shipping fee structure:

    Stone Props in Order - Standard
               
               Delivery: 2 - 8 business days from fulfillment

    Stone Props in Order - Express (PER pack of 3 or Bundle)
             
               Delivery: 1 - 4 business days from fulfillment

If your order combines Backdrops/Acrylics/Mirrors and Stone Props, your shipping cost is calculated to reflect the different delivery requirements of the combination.

Exact cost of shipping is provided during the checkout process

 

Please note:

any damage and loss of product during the postage or courier process is covered up to $150 by the shipping company. Any loss or damage during this process is to be processed via the company to gain compensation. 
Once products leave our studio the shipping process is out of our hands and must follow our Shipping and Returns Policy

International Shipping Policy

The rate on international shipping is calculated at the checkout, depending on your location.
