We have a strict 7-day return policy, which means you have up to 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging (for backdrops: the original tube, for props: original box). We'll request a photo of both sides of the backdrop or prop prior to a return being approved. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- RE light coloured solid colour backdrops. Be gentle with me!

Given the light colour and matte print of our backdrops, some colours can mark easily. Use them with care and be cautious of any rough or sharp items scratching against them as this can discolour the print.

-Slight variations may occur; colours may vary from screen to screen and to what you see in person. Please see the product gallery and/or our social media for more examples.

- Please allow up to a 1cm grace for all sizing as cutting can slightly vary!
