  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging (for backdrops: the original tube, for props: original box). We'll request a photo of both sides of the backdrop or prop prior to a return being approved. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

There are a few easy ways to use your backdrop, depending on your setup:


1- Using vinyl-safe tape like our Backdrop Tape. Let it drape down or pair it with another flat backdrop on the table.

2 - Shoot from above with it flat on a table – perfect for flatlays.

3- If you don’t have a wall – just clip and hang!

All our backdrops are water resistant. You can put beauty products on them, spill food on them and even spray with water for a water droplet effect. Just wet and wipe off – easy!

Your backdrops will arrive in a tube, because our backdrops are made of vinyl, they easily roll out and roll back up when you’re finished your shoot! The tubes are a thick cardboard mailing tube so they wont bend or dent – keeping you’re your backdrops safe!
