What is custom cut?

Custom cutting to shape means your decal is precisely cut around the design itself. There’s no rectangle, circle, or background around your decal - just your letters, logo, or custom shape. It gives a clean, professional look that’s easy to apply and perfect for detailed designs.

Are your decals easy to apply?

Yes! Our decals come with transfer tape to make positioning easy. Simply peel the backing, apply the decal to your chosen surface, smooth it down firmly, then carefully peel away the transfer tape. We provide a step-by-step guide with every order.

Can I order decals in bulk?

Yes! We cater to bulk orders and can offer direct purchase orders to make the process easier. Reach out to us via email or phone and we'll sort out the details for you.

Can I remove the decals without damaging the surface?

Our vinyl decals are designed to be removable without leaving sticky residue or damaging smooth surfaces. Just take your time peeling them off gently from one corner.

Please keep in mind, the longer the decal is applied the harder it will be to remove.

What Is Transfer Tape?

Transfer tape is a clear or semi-transparent tape applied over your decal to help you position and apply it perfectly. It keeps all the parts of your design (like letters or intricate shapes) in place so you can peel and stick everything at once. Once your decal is applied, you simply peel off the transfer tape — leaving your design cleanly in position on your window or surface!

Shipping and Delivery

All standard backdrop and prop orders will be shipped within 3 business days.

We have a strict 7-day return policy, which means you have up to 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging (for backdrops: the original tube, for props: original box). We'll request a photo of both sides of the backdrop or prop prior to a return being approved. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What makes acrylic different from corflute?

Acrylic gives you a premium look, think glossy, glass-like presentation. Corlute is more of a casual, functional feel with visible ridges from the material. It's a great choice when you want your signage to make a stronger visual statement, like in a shopfront, office or reception area.

How do I actually stand or hang my corflute sign?

That depends on where it's going and how you'd like it displayed. We offer a few options to suit different setups:

Eyelets – handy for hanging or tying your sign to fences, mesh or existing structures
Spikes – ideal for pushing straight into the ground, perfect for real estate signs, garden signage or event directions
Tiles for invisible attachment – discreet fixing points that let you zip-tie your sign to a post or frame without any visible hardware showing through the front

Will my logo print blurry?

Ideally, your logo should be sent in SVG,PDF or PNG. The logo size should be at a minimum, what you plan on printing it. Ie, for a 15cm decal, the logo must be at least 15cm when sent to us.

Need help? We have very user friendly Canva based templates designed to help people resize their logo without losing quality. You can send us the direct link to the logo on Canva, or send it to us directly.

How durable are your pull-up banners?

Our pull-up banners are built for repeated use, designed to be set up and packed away again and again without the print cracking, creasing or fading prematurely.

What is a custom cut decal?

A custom cut decal is where the design is cut through the vinyl layer, but not through the backing paper. This means your decal or sticker shape is easy to peel off, while the backing stays intact around it. It’s perfect for detailed designs, custom shapes, and easy application - especially for car window decals!

How do I apply intricate decals?

Applying intricate decals is easy with transfer tape — just follow these steps:

1️⃣ Clean the surface - Make sure your window or surface is clean and dry for the best stick.

2️⃣ Peel the backing paper - Slowly peel away the backing so the decal sticks to the transfer tape.

3️⃣ Position and stick - Place the decal where you want it, pressing firmly from the centre outwards

4️⃣ Remove the transfer tape - Carefully peel off the transfer tape at a sharp angle, leaving your design perfectly in place.

✨ Tip: Go slow and steady, especially for fine details. If any part lifts, press it back down and go over it with a squeegee or card!

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds on our decals as they are all custom printed. If there is an issue with the artwork or decal quality, please reach out and we will do our best to rectify the issue!
