What’s the best way to store my backdrops?
Your backdrops will arrive in a tube, because our backdrops are made of vinyl, they easily roll out and roll back up when you’re finished your shoot! The tubes are a thick cardboard mailing tube so they wont bend or dent – keeping you’re your backdrops safe!
Can my backdrop get wet?
All our backdrops are water resistant. You can put beauty products on them, spill food on them and even spray with water for a water droplet effect. Just wet and wipe off - easy!
How do I clean my backdrop?
Because all our backdrops are water resistant you can easily use a damp cloth to wipe away any food or product left behind from your photoshoot. We recommend then wiping with a clean dry or damp cloth and always letting the vinyl dry before packing away in your storage tube. It's very important the cleaning cloths have no chemical residue from harsh cleaners as this can cause damage. When cleaning solid colour or light coloured backdrops only use water and wipe very softly
- Using pressure or using harsh cleaning products can strip the ink from your backdrops. Please test patch if using cleaning products or contact us first
Will I get glare or reflections in my photos like real tiles and bench tops?
The best part about vinyl is there is minimal to no reflections or glare in your images! We print all our backdrops in Matte, reducing glare from artificial lighting.
Backdrop size variation
We print and cut all our backdrops in house! As particular as we are, sometimes there can be up to 1cm size discrepancy due to the backdrops being printed and cut by machine, not by us! If there's any issues please reach out.
